Megha Patil, Founder and CEO of Happy Lilliput and based in Boston, is a fashion business consultant dedicated to sustainability and social impact. Through her brand, she gives back to the community by creating employment opportunities for marginalized groups, particularly women in India. By embracing low MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) practices, she supports small-scale production that reduces waste and aligns with sustainable values. Her focus on zero-waste production and ethical practices ensures that artisans and small businesses are fairly compensated while preserving traditional craftsmanship. Megha also bridges the gap between Indian artisans and global markets by collaborating with American designers. Through her multiple ventures, she promotes slow fashion and responsible consumerism, fostering both economic empowerment and environmental sustainability.Through Happy Lilliput, I’ve created a fashion brand that not only brings whimsical, eco-friendly clothing to life but also empowers marginalized communities in India. My mission is to merge creativity with purpose, helping others turn their dreams into reality while making a positive impact on the world.

Nicole Nell, better known as DJ Nicki Nell, is the president of an award winning multi-op production company called Visual Sound Productions, Inc. Born and raised in Springfield, MA, she was no stranger to the spotlight. For 15 years she was a competitive dancer a part of the United States Dance Team. She performed and traveled across the world showcasing her talent. Her passion for music soon took a 180 degree turn when she became a full time professional DJ. She went from being the dancer to being the one that made people dance.

DJ Nicki Nell is known for her infectious personality and her ability to interact with the audience. She doesn’t just scratch and blend music seamlessly, but she creates an experience for the guests with her performance quality that is unmatched. Her expertise in both private and club events makes her a seasoned professional where she has become an educator in the entertainment industry and featured on such platforms as Crate Hackers, DJ's Vault, Disc Jockey News, and multiple podcasts.
 
Her success has brought her to become the resident DJ of MGM Springfield, Foxwoods Resort Casino, and Miami HEAT NBA Basketball Team to name a few. She has made guest appearances on the nationally syndicated radio show, The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show, and Sirius XM Pitbull's Globalization where she won an international contest to have her mix aired on the international platform.

Kristie is the Yukon Cornelius of casting! She can find anyone! With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Kristie has uncovered a lot in her career. 
As the co-owner of a Boston-based modeling agency in the 1990’s, she provided brands with talent described as “younger, hotter and sexier” in a market that had not seen a new agency open in over 20 years. Her exploration continued when she launched Viewfinder Productions in 2004, laying the groundwork to support productions of all sizes in casting, location scouting, crew coordination and budget management. 
While contracting with a major toy manufacturer, Kristie realized how little diversity was being represented in the overall messaging. She partnered with several brands to look beyond the expected and find kids who truly represented the scope of their customers. HumanKind, LLC is the culmination of that empowering experience.  
Kristie is determined to use her creative powers for good in this industry and to work with clients that don’t just create images, but create meaningful impact, for both our communities and for our culture at large.
