Thursday May 30, 2019
Thursday May 30, 2019
Today on the podcast we interview with Executive Director, Angela Lett of the amazing non profit organization Helping Hands Monkey Helpers . "Since 1979, Helping Hands: Monkey Helpers for the Disabled, Inc. has been helping adults with spinal cord injuries and other mobility impairments throughout the U.S. live more independent and engaged lives. We do this by providing them, free of charge, with a unique service animal: a highly trained service monkey to help with their daily tasks. These animals bring more than just a willing set of nimble hands to their recipients. They also bring companionship, joy, and the renewed sense of purpose that comes from taking responsibility for the health and well-being of another creature."

Joe had approximately one month left in NY before taking he leap of moving to Burbank when he was told some ‘shocking’ news. A former girlfriend of his was pregnant, and guess who was the baby daddy?
Joe was having a baby with no job, zero savings, and now was able to stay in my parent’s basement without windows!
Obviously, having a newborn to care for, he didn’t think that would be a wise decision to move. Therefore, he had to do something else for a while, make some money, get back on my feet, and then get back to the mic.
I set his radio dreams aside and decided to attend Law School. After successfully passing the NY Bar Exam, After a few years as a prosecutor, he decided to start his own practice (cozzolaw.com), make some money, and get back on the mic!
